Say More
The Unburdening Canvas. Speak freely into a completely empty digital sanctuary. With zero on-screen text translation, you can voice your raw thoughts without the immediate anxiety of reading them back.
Just Say It is an ephemeral voice-journaling sanctuary built to reduce cognitive overload and quiet the mind through a verifiable, zero-knowledge privacy architecture.
We're still building. Join the waiting list to be first through the door.
How it works
Every practice here is built on 間 (Ma) — the Japanese idea of intentional negative space. The pause where meaning lives.
The Unburdening Canvas. Speak freely into a completely empty digital sanctuary. With zero on-screen text translation, you can voice your raw thoughts without the immediate anxiety of reading them back.
The Burn Ritual. Choose to let it go, and watch it happen — the kanji dissolves right on screen as your recording goes with it. Nothing is deleted afterward, because nothing was ever saved to begin with.
The Zen Garden. Ground your thoughts into reality. Saving a reflection quietly catalogues your emotional velocity over time, transforming your mental landscape into a beautifully minimalist, compounding visual garden.
The Ephemeral Release. Record it once, then send it straight to the person you need to hear it — a partner, a parent, anyone you’ve been holding something back from. Once it’s played, it’s gone.
Privacy, architecturally
The privacy claim is the product, so here is exactly how it works — not a policy promise, an architecture one.
Choose Burn and the audio is gone — not deleted after the fact, because it was never sent anywhere to begin with. There is no upload path to disable. None was ever built.
A send is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves. We hold the encrypted file and never the key — so even we can’t hear it.
Transcription, theme patterns, your weekly recap: all generated locally. No server-side processing, no advertising identifier, nothing to leak.
On Burn
What we don’t claim: that Burn defeats forensic recovery on a device someone else is holding, unlocked. A burned recording never leaves your phone, but deleting locally is not the same as overwriting, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we do claim is narrower and verifiable — we never receive it, so we can’t hear it.
On Send
What we don’t claim: that a message can’t be captured on the other end once it has been played. What we do claim is narrower and verifiable — a send is encrypted on your device and we hold the file without ever holding the key, so we can’t hear it.
We believe mental wellness tools require absolute evidence-generation. Just Say It is currently structuring a 12-month clinical feasibility trial with King’s College London’s Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, to validate acoustic journaling models for anxiety reduction.
